It is a very sincere and happy experience to welcome all the supporters and volunteers to the re-launch of the Island Rover Foundation (IRF) web sites. Technology has advanced significantly since the first decade of 2000 when my shipmate Charlie Allsworth played a significant role in building the huge web site promoting both building of the ship “Island Rover” as well as expansion of and recording of the progress of the educational venue.
